Welcome to Alpha Leadership!
The central idea behind Alpha Leadership emerged from recognising the development needs of the younger generation—needs that differ from what the traditional education system provides.
All the project initiators reached this conclusion independently, and it became the catalyst for founding Asociația Alpha Leadership.
At Alpha Leadership, we aim to help young people become authentic leaders from an early age. In difficult circumstances shaped by fear, suspicion or poverty, many people with leadership potential remain undiscovered. In positive environments built on trust, challenge and mentoring, however, entire generations of leaders can create prosperous, abundant communities.
Alpha Leadership therefore creates this supportive environment, giving young people the opportunity to exercise their full potential as authentic leaders.
