The mission of the Alpha Leadership Association
We help pupils and students develop their leadership potential and contribute responsibly to society.
Our purpose
Our mission is to identify, develop and support the leadership potential of young people — pupils and students — so they can become engaged adults guided by authentic principles.
We put this mission into practice through educational programmes, leadership study scholarships, training, mentoring and participation in conferences or forums.
Pupils and students who want to develop autonomy, communication and initiative.
Young people seeking learning and mentoring settings in which to practise their potential.
Communities in which these young people can contribute through responsible leadership and collaboration.
If you are aged 30 or under, you can apply for free participation in an eligible leadership programme or event.
Every application is reviewed for suitability and available places. For partner events, participation also depends on the organiser’s confirmation. Submitting the form does not guarantee a place.

The Alpha Leadership Association is a nonprofit organisation. Its registration certificate and founding deed document its establishment and nonprofit purpose.

The founding deed dated 6 October 2015 records three founding members: Andy Szekely, Roxana Szekely and Florin-Bogdan Grosu.
Founding member
A leadership educator, author and speaker, Andy has spent nearly three decades creating settings in which people can develop clarity, communication and leadership. He is a founding member of the Alpha Leadership Association.
Founding member
A coach and facilitator, Roxana works at the intersection of leadership, personal development and relationships. Her experience in medicine, sales, marketing and entrepreneurship supports a practical, people-centred approach focused on changes that can be applied in everyday life.

The Association describes its own activities separately from contributions made alongside other organisations.
