The alphaleaders.ro website is operated by Asociația Alpha Leadership, a Romanian non-profit legal entity with tax identification number 35543352, registered in the Register of Associations and Foundations under no. 134/2015.

2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the website, you confirm that you have read these terms and will use the website lawfully, in good faith and without harming the rights of the Association or any other person. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the website.
3. Purpose of the information and applications
The website presents the mission, projects, partners and ways in which the public can support Alpha Leadership. Its content is general and informational. Information about a programme, event, scholarship or opportunity to participate does not in itself constitute a contractual offer.
People aged 30 or under may use the form to apply for free participation in an eligible leadership programme or event. Each application is reviewed individually based on eligibility, suitability and available places. Partner events also require the organiser’s confirmation. Submitting the form does not guarantee selection or participation.
Specific conditions for a project or event will be communicated separately where relevant. Applicants under 18 require confirmation from a parent or legal guardian. Bank-transfer donations are made on the donor’s own initiative using the details displayed on the website.
Registering an account, verifying the email address and submitting a membership application with pending status does not automatically confer membership. The application is reviewed by people, and membership is acquired only after the Association communicates its express acceptance.
4. Permitted use
The website may not be used for:
- breaking the law, copyright or another person’s rights;
- transmitting illegal, abusive or fraudulent content, or malicious code;
- attempting to gain unauthorised access to the website, infrastructure or data;
- disrupting the website or carrying out abusive automated collection of its content.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, visual identity, graphic elements and materials published by the Association are protected by applicable law. Partner logos belong to their respective owners. You may quote short passages for informational purposes if you name the source and do not alter the meaning. Any substantial reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires the rights holder’s prior consent.
6. External links and services
The website may link to platforms or documents managed by third parties, including public authorities. Those resources have their own terms and policies. The Association does not control their availability, security or content and is not responsible for changes made by their administrators.
7. Email communication
The contact and application forms forward information to the Association through our transactional email provider. Sending a message or application does not automatically create a contractual relationship, reserve a place or guarantee a specific response time.
For member accounts, Brevo delivers unique verification and sign-in links and transactional notifications. The links are personal, expire after a limited time and must not be shared with anyone else.
8. Availability and liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the information accurate and the website available, but interruptions, errors or information requiring an update may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the Association is not liable for indirect loss resulting solely from use of the website or its temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our activities or the legal framework. The applicable version is the one published on this page together with its last-updated date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably by contacting the Association and, where this is not possible, by the competent courts under the law.
